Robert Half Management Resources are recruiting for an SQL BI Developer for an organisation in the Midlands region
The Role
The Key Skills needed for the SQL BI Developer are : SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced SQL Server Business Intelligence Developer to work for a very well established organisation based in the Midlands.
The role is to work as part of a busy Information Management team and will be the key point of resource in the team for all data warehousing activity.
The vast majority of the work will be focused on building and maintaining the data warehouse using SSAS (MDX, Cube Design), SSIS (package development) and using SSRS to build sets of reports to provide critical management information across the business.
You will need to have extensive experience with SQL Server and have focused some or all of your time designing and developing data warehouses using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack.
SQL Server 2005 is essential and the business is moving to SQL Server 2008 this year so any SQL Server 2008 experience is desirable. SSRS and SSIS skills are also essential, together with SSAS.
Exposure to Agile development methods would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
£225 - 280 per day DOE; Limited company set up
