About the Company:

Eazyrecruit.com is a new brand which works with employers to reduce their cost per hire through innovative resourcing solutions that do not cost as much as using a recruiter or offline advertising.

A small, entrepreneurial firm which empowers its employees to be autonomous, Eazyrecruit is about delivering products and services which add value to our clients, be they job seekers or organizations looking to hire staff.

During 2009 we will be agressively rolling out a new recruiting solution which is targeted towards reducing cost-per-hire for clients and utilizes the latest web 2.0 technology to source talent.

As part of this product launch, we are looking to secure a talented Inside Sales Representative who has a passion for closing deals and has an enthusiasm to influence how businesses approach their hiring strategies.

About the Role:

• Contacting prospects who we have identified as hiring and introducing our solution.
• Preparing presentations where relevant to close business.
• Attending at prospect premises to deliver in person pitches.
• Negotiation of competitive business terms with clients to maximise revenue opportunity whilst providing true value to the client.
• Attending networking and relevant business events to market our services.
• Follow up inquiries.
• Mainting sales CRM system.

As the business develops there is scope to recruit or manage your own sales team at any of our 5 offices in the UK or abroad.

About the Applicant

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate all of the following traits to be considered:

• Minimum of 2 years business to business sales experience, preferably within a metropolitan market.
• Be a consistent achiever, meeting sales targets on a rolling basis.
• Have thorough product knowledge once training & induction has been completed.
• Strong business acumen to understand the importance of targets and their impact on the operation of a business as a whole.
• Fluent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Confidence. Lots of it to speak with people of all levels and backgrounds to promote the services of Eazyrecruit.com
• Passion for the business, its ethos, services and products.
• Well groomed and immaculately presented.
• Plenty of drive, ambition and motivation to succeed whatever adversities arise.
• Intuitive and objective with a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
