Vb.Net Asp.Net Developer Senior Role
VB.NET / ASP.NET Developer - Team Lead - Birmingham
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company that is looking for a hands on senior VB.NET / ASP.NET developer to join the team. You will be responsible for all IT-related activities. As a key player within the organization this is an ideal opportunity to take an already successful company to new heights.
Your duties and responsibilities would include:
- To project manage all technical developments - previous project management and team leading experience is required.
- To lead the development team and be responsible for all Technical Development within the company. You will work closely with the management.
- To administer updates and develop improvements and features to the current website from briefs.
- To develop new systems for future website projects in the UK and overseas.
- Advise on externally sourced IT based products and services.
You will have a proven track record in VB.NET / ASP.NET development.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally, you should have a Degree in a Computer Science discipline, plus experience in a commercial environment. A minimum of 3 years` commercial experience is required.
You will be skilled in:
- VB.NET / ASP.NET
- XHTML / CSS
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- XML / XSLT
- SQL Server 2000 / 2005
Desirable:
Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange Server, Crystal Reports, SEO/SEM, E-commerce experience.
