School Experienced Administrator in Birmingham
All applicants applying MUST have at least 6months experience within administration and receptionist roles. Applicants must have relevant qualifications such as RSA Typing, NVQ Administration, and Degrees within administration. School experience is an advantage but not essential.
* To work on Microsoft packages
* To assist within all administration duties such as typing, photocopying, filing etc..
* To be responsible for any finance and petty cash, dinner money etc..
* Carrying out some reception duties such as assisting parents, visitors and pupils
* To record attendance and inputting data on the computer
* To deal with incoming calls and filtering out to relevant contacts.
We are looking for applicants who are reliable and flexible who are willing to work on long-term temporary basis and who are available for immediate start.
Knowledge of SIMS & CMIS would be welcomed
All applicants applying will be CRB checked, referenced checked and POCALS. All overseas applicants may also need overseas police checks and working visas.
