Coyle Care are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work with young people in a residential environment.

Duties to include:
- Establish and maintain relationships
- Positive behaviour management
- Liaising with outside organisations
- Support in assessment of needs and implementation of plans for the future

Applicants must have a minimum 12 months experience in a similar setting working with children with emotional behavioural difficulties.
