Our client is one of the UK's leading construction companies and has been established for nearly a century. Due to consistent workload across their extremely prestigious and recognisable single and multi-site retail projects, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for leading the commercial function of one of the aforementioned retail projects.

Although a retail background would be preferable, it is by no means essential. Design and Build or Estimating would also be fantastic, but again, not essential. Senior Quantity Surveyors must however, be able to turn budgets around very quickly.
