I live in Worcestershire and only use the flat 2/3 times a week if I am travelling to London. I am never there at weekends. It is a well appointed new 2 double bedroomed flat in the Jewellery Quarter with floor to ceiling windows and lots of modern art . 10 minutes walk from Birmingham city Centre. I am looking for a responsible person who can share the flat with me when I am there (which is not very often) and look after it in my absence. All bills are included in the rent except your own council tax.
