Free Lance Care Assessor
Pulse Independent Living are looking to recruit a Free Lance Care assessor in the Midlands region. To work on adhoc basis.
The skills you will require are good written and verbal communication skills,and ability to gather information. You will need experience of working with people with complex health needs and physical disabilities.
You will need to have the ability and previous experience of undertaking needs assessments of potential or current service users. Qualifications needed are NVQ 3 or above in Health & Social Care. You must have assessment and care planning training.
Pay rates: £10.35 - £12.78 mileage
