Branch Manager – Wolverhampton – Permanent Contract – Full Time 37.5 hours – Closing Date 16th October 2009
Salary £18-£25k (dependant on experience) plus uncapped bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, life assurance, structured training & development.

This role will see you running two separate businesses - the retail jewellers and the financial services side. As well as leading, coaching and motivating the team and advising customers on their purchases, you will be responsible for handling the demanding loans and cheque cashing service and overall performance of the branch. So, not only will you need to be accurate with a good eye for detail, we’ll also depend on the strength of your character to produce impressive results and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Although it would be an advantage, you don’t necessarily need retail experience – indeed, you could be from a buying, merchandising, financial services or sales background. What is vital is your drive, commitment to excellent performance and ability to take on a challenge while learning about a whole new business. Above all, the job is about great leadership.
