The Grade of the post is subject to review under the Single Status agreement
37 Hours per week - Working outside normal hours to meet operational needs including weekends and bank holiday cover.

A position has become available within the Contracts and Compliance Section, Property Services for a Heating Services Technician. You will be part of the Heath Town Boiler House team delivering planned and responsive maintenance on the District Heating Scheme at Heath Town and Tremont Street.
Experience in non domestic gas boiler plant rooms, working on warm air/wet central heating systems, working within social housing groups and the ability to work on ones own initiative or as part of a team are crucial to the role.
The successful candidate must also hold City & Guilds 2/3 Certification in Electrical Installations and Testing and have experience in electrical fault finding with commercial/domestic plant and equipment. Candidates should also be willing to attend and successfully complete appropriate training courses.
