Due to their ongoing expansion a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Architect to be based in their Dubai office

Technical Competencies
Essential
•Minimum 10 years experience in detail design, production of drawings, able to analyse technical/construction/build-ability issue and provide drawings and specifications coordinated with engineering and other disciplines
•Should be AutoCAD competent and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team
•Experience in a variety of buildings such as high rise towers, hotels, and mixed-use buildings
•Have experience in a variety of sectors including high-rise, hotel and leisure, transportation, retail or offices

Behavioural Competencies
Essential
•The right candidates would be creative, energetic and self-starters.
•Will work as a member of a team and be expected to contribute to team performance and demonstrate use of initiative.

Responsibility
•To work with concept design and development teams
•To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects
•Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline
•Be able to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities (you will not have any formal client or sales accountability)
•May be required to supervise the work of other members of the team
