1 Bed lowrise with garage for 1 2 bed with garden
I have a 1 bedroom first floor flat in a low rise in Castle Vale only 4 flats in block intercom access to block also a garage.
the flat is carpeted in the hall and bedroom and laminated flooring in lounge newly tiled flooring in kitchen and bathroom.
Bathroom has a shower over bath and a big airing cupboard for storage.
The bedroom has a fitted double wardrobe in it and balcony.
The kitchen as newly fitted units and is big enough to fit a table and chairs in so you could use it for a kitchen/diner.
There is plenty of storage space and also an attic.
I have recently decorated through out and is of good quality.
There is a balcony in the bedroom where i have put flower boxes on and also in the lounge there is a Juliette Balcony the flat has gas central heating and is double glazed.
I will leave laminated flooring carpets for right property.
It is well worth a look and dont think you would be dissapointed.
I am looking to move to Erdington or pype hayes or perry common,Great Barr Castle Vale area to either a 1 or 2 bedroom flat or maisonette preferably a ground floor property no high rises.
Not looking to move to the Lyndhurst or Wrley Birch.
Open to other areas.
