The client is looking for an experienced and strong civils Site Agent to look after 2x simultaneous schemes due to start on Stafford station in January 2010, the replacement of an existing platform and the construction of modular buildings for the station.

The successful candidate would be required to run both sites simultaneously and look after sub-contractors, & direct trades and labour, enforce and monitor Health & Safety, keep accurate site diary and site paperwork, liaise with Network Rail and other authorities, maintain quality and deal with the public as and when required.

The company is on a Network Rail framework, which is due to be renewed in April 2010 for a further 3 years.

- Civils, build and rail experience required

- CSCS Card essential

- PTS necessary for track-side

- First Aid at Work would be beneficial

- Site engineering background would be preferable

- Extensive management experience is required

- Previous working knowledge of Network Rail would be beneficial
