Business Post Group PLC is seeking a secretary to provide administrative/clerical support to the Managing Directors & Senior Management Team.
Main Job Tasks:
* Co-ordinate and arrange ad-hoc, weekly and monthly meetings.
* Co-ordinate & maintain various deadline dates.
* Produce letters and reports using Microsoft Word.
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly graphs using Microsoft Excel.
* Produce fuel returns and expenses claims for Directors.
* Maintain company organisational charts using Power Point.
* Maintain holiday records.
* Arrange flights/accommodation and train tickets.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
* Other items as required.
Site Specific Job Tasks:
* Maintain diaries for the conference room.
* Provide administrative support to Director Suite.
* Filtering unnecessary calls.
Core Responsibilities:
* Work area to be kept clean and tidy and in a safe state.
* Present a caring and helpful attitude at all times towards customers and team
* Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site.
Core Knowledge Base:
* Microsoft packages specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Exchange.
* Telephone system.
* Knowledge of Company Operational policies and procedures.
