It has 2 large reception rooms, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a decent sized garden. there is central heating throughout and i have just had new windows. I am a 10 min walk from selly oak train station and 2 min walk from shops and main bus routes to and from city centre, northfield etc. I am looking for a 2/3 bed house in quinton, northfield, oldbury, smethick, bournville, kingsheath and will consider surrounding areas.

I would like to move into a family oriantated area where my daughter can play outside safely with other children
