This company is one of the leading waste management providers to local authorities. With plans to expand and open up two new sites in the UK within 24 months this is an exciting time to join the group and continue with its development.
The position involves planning and the management of a team of 5 plant maintenance engineers and contractors. You will also be in charge of maintenance planning and budgetary responsibilities for the department and be hands on were necessary.

The role:
* Management of a multiskilled team, plus contract staff
* Planning and supervision of planned maintenance
Preparation of site operational and maintenance budgets
* Monitor and report plant performance
Working Monday to Friday day shift
The person MUST have:
Planning experience.
Minimum ONC or equivalent engineering qualification.
Power, nuclear, energy, waste, recycling experience.
