The charge for my services is 1.5% of the sale price which is paid after completion. Which is in the opinion of me and my clients a small price to pay. I will put together a detailed list of properties that suit your needs in your chosen area, within your price range and with the requirements you need. Each property I recommend will have added details along with the profile I create. These are the details estate agents don't tell you but can make or break the property deal when seen by a potential buyer. I will then arrange your viewings and then recommend how best to obtain the best deal and what price to pay in order to make the deal a good investment for the future.
