You will be an experienced General Manager who is focussed on driving the business within this competitive market place and thrives on training & developing your team.

You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure high standards of both product & service within this exciting environment.

You will have a proven track record in developing sales and maintaining high standards within this beautiful country pub.

As General Manager you will-

Have gained relevant experience at General Manager level, preferably within a good quality, restaurant environment.
Be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate your team.
Be commercially aware and adept in both driving sales and controlling costs.
Have a real passion for delivering the highest standards of service which will in turn guarantee complete guest satisfaction.
