We are a charity (Registered Charity Number 1068317) that provides support and friendship to families with at least one child under the age of 5. We cover the areas of Handsworth, Winson Green and parts of Sandwell (postcodes B18, B19, B20, B21, B43, B44 & B70).

The family look to Home Start for support whether it be housing problems, relationship breakdowns, have no support from family or friends, parenting advice, support and guidance, or just a listening ear.

We are seeking individuals who are parents themselves or who have experience of working with young children who would like to be able to make a difference to a family’s life.

We offer an informal training programme to prepare you inline with our mission, we also carry out full CRB checks (Criminal Police Checks).
