We are shortly commencing a national and ongoing marketing campaign and looking for reliable people to handle our distribution within or close to their local areas.

Distribution-related employment typically has a problem with high staff turnover, mainly due to unrealistic expectations, lack of motivation and very low pay. In contrast we set managable targets, reward success, and guage pay directly according to that success.

We are seeking to fill several distribution positions nationwide and invite applications, initially via email only please.

Regardless of your age, you will be mature in outlook and come with relevant experience.. You will be trustworthy, reliable, flexible and have previous or current experience with household distribution techniques.

You will be expected to organise at least 20x distributions each calender month, with each one being to approx 500 pre-selected domestic properties within your pre-allocated area. This equates to approx 60 hours per month or 15 hours per week which will be entirely down to your own time management and organisational skills.

After an initial 3 month period you will be earning an equivalent of £10 per hour for simple leaflet distribution, plus you will be eligible (from month 4 onwards) for a generous monthly bonus/prize scheme. In addition, there will be opportunities to develop into other job roles as our organisation grows.
