We are a small & growing company within the creative media industry that specialises in video, design & print. We have ambitious plans for the future and will be taking on a number of key people over the next 12 months to help us achieve this. Our initial requirement is for a Telesales person. This will be a varied and demanding role that will give the right person the opportunity to grow with us and develop a career within this exciting and rewarding industry.

Main Duties

· Generating your own sales leads
· Outbound calls to prospective customers (business to business)
· Creating and maintaining a contact database
· Confirming quotations
· Targeting prospective customers
· Achieving pre-agreed sales targets
· Managing customer credit accounts
· Generating new business
· Working with your new business accounts to grow & develop them
· Follow up calls to past customers and enquiries
· Managing your own customer accounts
· Marketing support

Additional Duties

· Administrative support as required by the needs of the business


Skills & qualities

· Excellent written & spoken communication skills
· Proven experience in a similar role
· High achiever with proven sales skills
· Confident telephone manner

·Essential IT skills:
MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, E-mail & Internet
· Additional experience in using Sage ACT! is preferable
· Organised & hardworking
· Ability to use one’s own initiative
· Team player with a flexible approach to working
· Proven ability to generate appointments and to win & close sales

Salary

£13,000 to £15,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Depending on experience
