myself and a friend are looking for a two-bedroomed flat, fully furnished. We are after an initial 6 month contract.

We are clean and tidy and quiet.

We are looking for somewhere in the city centre, close to Five ways or New st. We want to be within walking distance of these train stations as we need to get the train to work.

We are willing to pay UP TO £700 a month excluding bills (Less than this if possible too!), but if an 'including bills' package is available, we would be interested too.

Ideally we are looking to move in straight away, but can negotiate if need be.
