We are presently searching for a proven and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of three in selling this innovative approach to recruiting.

Working from our Birmingham service centre, you will be responsible for:

>The recruitment, retention and development of telesales staff to deliver company objectives.
>Management of team members performance and coaching to achieve results where appropriate.
>Leading by example through delivering new business on a consistent basis.
>Setting sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Suitable candidates will possess the following skills:

>Experience of coaching and leading a team to achieve results.
>Prior/current experience of recruiting new team members and developing them to their full potential.
>Have a personal, provable track record of financial success and meeting set targets.
