Implementing creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of the Backup brand to both new candidates and clients.
Use effective business development techniques, including telesales, email and networking to bring on new, and enhance your existing relationships with clients and temporary workers.
Interview, registration and reference checking candidates - verification of documentation including I.D, licences, qualifications and the right to work in UK, administration of any necessary tests.
Matching candidates with clients' vacancies.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to display a sales track record with a focused commercial awareness who have worked within a highly competitive sales driven as well as customer care environment.
You should have first class customer service skills, with a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build strong business relationships.
There are varied tasks to carry out in this role you should be able to prioritise your workload, and manage time effectively.
This opportunity would suit someone who is highly competitive and organised, can work well under pressure as well as being totally self motivated and driven, with a positive attitude to succeed at work.
