£25-28k plus bonus and benefits - no Sundays/bank holidays
This company has been in business over 50 years and now have over 250 branches across the UK.
They are a reputable well known brand that is considered a business partner for many of its clients in out-sourced managed services and hire contracts. They primarily sell to the trade/construction industry with a small amount of retail business.
In a demanding market they are looking for some fresh talent to bring into their growing business and have a need to recruit an Assistant Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager.
As a Assistant Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your branch through a pro-active approach.
This is a demanding hands on role where you will need the ability to work in an ever changing environment.
On a day to day basis you will take complete ownership over the sales team within store and creating sales activity to ensure you achieve your teams target. You will need experience of dealing with underperforming teams and driving sales. You will be an ambassador for delivering excellent customer services and maximising sales and profit.
As a Assistant Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager you will take a pro-active approach to driving sales and increasing your customer base so you must be a very sales focused manager with a demonstrable track record of achieving results.
Successful candidates will have a solid, stable career within retail management, it is essential you have an understanding of budgets, targets and KPIs in previous roles and performance management experience. This will be coupled with a demonstrable track record of pro-active selling, preferably with-in a business to business environment.
