£10k-£12k Basic, + Commission + Car. Monday-Sunday on rota.

Our Client, An independent Franchised main dealer require an experienced Car Sales executive to join their team
As a New and Used Car sales executive, you will need to demonstrate:
* A confident and outgoing personality
* A smart appearance with a polite and professional approach
* Good communication and even better listening skills
* An ability to qualify by securing information
* Discuss the customer needs and advise them on the most suitable vehicle
* Arrange and conduct demonstration drives
* Ability to influence through gentle persuasion
* Negotiate effectively
You will NOT need to have Motor Trade Sales experience but may come from a background of retail sales that uses a fairly rigid sales process and where your earnings depend on your success.
This is quite a small close knit dealership. The ability to get on with colleagues in the dealership is essential. As a result of this, the successful applicant will form a major part of the dealership personnel.
A basic salary with open ended commission, company car with fuel await the successful applicant.
