I am looking for a full time position in Birmingham, West Brom, Halesowen, Dudley, Sandwell type area.

I am 26 and have 6 years of office admin experience. I hold ECDL Level 2 Qualification as well as NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin & Customer Service and a Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Mangement certificate (CMI).

I have worked in public and private sectors on temporary and permanent basis. I am familiar with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard and am expereinced in Documet Control and Quality Assurance.

Experience in other areas including:
Inbound calls
Data Entry
Updating Internet based and local databases (MS Office)
Communication with External customers
Minuting Meetings
Hosting External Audits
Organising Internal Audits
BS EN ISO 9001:2000
Issuing Insurance documents
Renewing/Lapsing/Amending Insurance policies
