Perry Park Friends Group is a new group created by local residents in the Perry Beeches area of Great Barr in order to make a difference to their local park.

Perry Park is one of Birmingham's many open breathing spaces that needs us to keep it green and wildlife-friendly. With developers constantly picking on our park it's important for the community to stick together and do what they can to keep it theirs.

PPFG's aim is to bring the local community together, raise funds for our park through fundraising events, and carry out projects in our park - bulb planting, tree planting, bridge restoration, or just general tidy-ups! We need people who want to get involved both practically and administratively.

It'll be good for the community, good for our park, and good for you!
