I am currently offering 5 free sessions of life coaching to the first 5 clients that feel they could benefit from these sessions.
There are no hidden charges and there is no obligation to proceed with further sessions unless you want to.

Currently I operate via email as I find it helps the client having the advice, exercises, plans and stratergies in a written form so they can look back on everything that has been discussed and get the most out of each session.
