Team Manager Fostering
I am currently working with a large Fostering agency in Birmingham who are looking for a Team Manager to join them within this permanent role.
Main purpose of the Job:
· To ensure that all work undertaken by the fostering department meets and exceeds the standards and expectations contained in its Statement of Purpose as well as fully complying with Ofsted regulations and standards
· To develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards. Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels. Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created/maintained by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems. To liaise with customer where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues)
· To complete monthly Regulation 42 reviews and report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally) and on performance against standards through providing relevant updates to the Operations Board
· To ensure that an up to date Ofsted evidence file is maintained following an inspection and is reviewed as a minimum on a monthly basis
You must have:
. Diploma in Social Work
. A valid enhanced CRB
. GSCC registration
