The Company
Office Team is currently recruiting for a Secretary on behalf of a public sector client based in Central Dudley.
The Role
The Secretary is required to work within a team of four secretaries dealing with copy typing of correspondence, minutes from meetings as well as ad hoc duties such as dealing with incoming and out going post, answering incoming calls and diverting to relevant mangers.
The Secretary will be required to do some data inputting of time sheets, accuracy is essential as hours must be documented for payroll. A minimum of 30 WPM plus a good knowledge on word and excel is required in order to "hit the ground running "
Salary & Benefits
The Secretary role will pay £8.00 per hour
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9 - 5
