Our West Midlands Local Authority client requires a Childcare and Education lawyer for at least a three month basis.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for a full caseload including:

- Childcare
- Education
- Advocacy on behalf of the council in the County and Family Proceedings Court

You must have Public Childcare law experience ideally from a Local Authority. In addition, the successful applicant will ideally have Education Law experience.
