The Company
Office Team is recruiting for an Administrator of behalf of a public sector client in North area of Birmingham.
The Role
The Administrator is required to assist one of the health centres with receiving high volumes of calls from patients.
You will be required to schedule clinics, pulling notes and diary management on behalf of the doctors. This role will be working on the PAS system, so previous training on this would be a bonus.
The Administrator will be required to have a high level of customer service and be patient, as you may be dealing elderly people with hearing problems.
Previous experience is required within similar role.
Salary & Benefits
The Administrators role will pay £6.50 per hour. Hours will be 8.30am until 4.30pm in Birmingham.
