Chef de partie to £15k neg d.o.e Warks

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join this professional brigade in this large hotel which is part of a well known and respected group. The property is in the heart of Warwickshire. The hotel has 80+ bedrooms and various conference rooms to host from 2 – 500 guests.

We are looking for someone who works extremely well within a large team, is enthusiastic and must be absolutely dedicated to developing his/her career as a professional chef.

You will have the opportunity to improve upon and learn many aspects of cooking, from producing food for our popular restaurant and lounge through to volume banqueting. You will support senior team members across the kitchen whilst working towards the achievement of personal development objectives agreed with the Head Chef. You will also work to operational standards to provide high quality food preparation and presentation to our guests and within legislative procedures.

Applicants should have some experience of working within a busy kitchen environment and should have achieved or be working towards NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking or City & Guilds qualification. Further NVQ training is available and day release is encouraged.
