Complementary Therapy is a great way to relax, and re-balance the body and mind. Massage and Reflexology are a useful addition to any health and wellbeing program, assisting the healing process and de-stressing the body.

We offer fully qualified and insured therapists, (IIHHT, VTCT, Dip AOSM, City & Guilds, HSE First Aid cert).

Therapists are available for home visits, or Corporate assignments in the office.
