Project Administrator
Office Team are currently recruiting for a Charity Client with a new project based just outside the City Centre.
The Role
Duties of the role will include;To manage, and oversea, the administrative work and systems of the project. To be responsible for the management of the project office. To be responsible for the collection and maintenance of key project data for both day-to-day management, and reporting purposes. The successful candidate should have practical experience and a good working knowledge of modern office administrative systems. Experience of IT in a project environment or similar working context, to include of word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to work on own initiative to an agreed action plan. Experience of working constructively in a multi-agency environment. An ability to handle sensitive issues with tact, diplomacy and appropriate confidentiality.
