The Key Account Manager will take responsibility for customer interface and maximising revenue and profit.
Role Description
Take responsibility for customer interface and maximising revenue and profit
To identify, develop and win new contracts to achieve new business targets at appropriate level of profit.
Ownership of all tender opportunities within the region.
Promote the brand and opportunity to cross-sell.
To work closely with sales management and operational teams to identify and develop local sales initiatives and strategies to win new business.
Communicate business objectives, performance and other
matters of business interest and importance to employees.
Demonstrate and communicate full knowledge of current
promoted services and share the appropriate strategies and tactics.
Attend customer presentations where appropriate.
Develop and maintain internal relationships.
To develop the tender opportunities within the region ensuring full communication.
Essential Experience
B2B Sales experience is essential!
Recycling/Environmental Services Industry experience is desirable.
Experience of a Customer Service Focused environment.
Minimum A Level standard qualifications or equivalent.
Good numeric and literacy skills.
IT Literate - Microsoft office.
Must have a full UK driving licence.
