The successful candidate must be able to perform reception duties to include answering and dealing with telephone calls, dealing with visitors etc, and also carrying out general office duties to include photocopying, binding, laminating, filing and data input.
You must have working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and be of smart appearance with a pleasant nature
A minimum of 2 years experience in a Reception/Administration role is necessary.
