I have a 2 bed council house, front and back garden, front garden can be used as a driveway, double glazing, central heated, porch, needs some decorating, tiled bathroom, Need to move as I have two sons who need their own space.
would like to exchange for a 3 bed or 2 bed 2 reception room house/bungalow in Acocks green, hall green, Tyseley, Shirley, Olton or surrounding areas.
Would also consider moving to south tyneside area as have family there.
