Location: Birmingham
Must be computer literate and have good working knowledge of MS office. Must have good customer service skills and friendly telephone manner as will be dealing with members of the public and other companies. Duties will be customer enquiries, processing of orders and invoices, filing, faxing and post, stocktaking and banking money. Car owner and driver preferred but not essential. 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm. Salary: £12,000- £16,000 per annum depending on experience.
