Customer Services Advisor Requires, duties will include working as part of a team, you will be enthusiastic and keen to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and thrive on working in a target driven environment.

Your goal is to provide customers with the best advice, handling their enquiries and requests in an understanding and professional manner. This will be done over the telephone and by email so correct use of grammar, spelling and punctuation is a must.

A predominant part of your role will be to build an excellent rapport with our customers, in order to identify and fulfil their needs by promoting our products and services whilst at the same time meeting targets. If you have had experience in a sales environment this would be an advantage. However this is not essential, as we will provide you with all the training and coaching you need.
