Social Care Quality Assurance Officer
Aspects Care Ltd requires a Quality Assurance Officer to assist senior management and to ensure the company exceeds CQC standards. Applicants should have relevant experience in working for the CQC and to their standards.
The role will include:
Ensuring both client and staff paperwork are exceeding the above standards and that any problems are eliminated
Visiting clients properties to ensure that they are safe and meet required standards and needs of the client.
Auditing the companies policies and procedures and to make improvements where necessary.
Conduct a yearly quality assurance survey and present results for both staff and clients.
Conduct regular checks on all paperwork to ensure that it regularly is up to standard.
Ensure that our service meets the CQC guidelines and is suitable for intended purpose.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of the CQC guidelines, have an analytical yet practical approach to problem solving, have good communication and customer service skills, and always see room for improvement.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the company in its growth while keeping quality at it’s highest.
Salary is £16-19,000 p/a dependent on experience.
Working hours are Monday- Friday 08:30- 16:30
