Hi,
I live in a low rise block of flats (6 flats in total) (on the ground floor in Sheldon.
Council property.
I have two large bedrooms and a very spacious lounge with lots of storage space available. The area is very quiet, with young families and with ample parking.
We are close to Solihull Hospital, A45 and a large Tesco. Bus no.60 within 5 min walk which takes you into the city centre.
We would like to swap for a 2-3 bed house in areas like:
Sparkbrook
Sparhill
Acocks Green
Small Heath
South Yardley & Yardley
