The Company
Office Team are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a public sector client in the North of Birmingham
The Role
The Administrators role will be to assist a team of secretary's in the day to day running of the office.
Duties will include diary management, preparing of meeting rooms as well as to create files and maintain medical.
The office administrators may also assist in answering the telephone and carrying out data entry onto the in house system.
Candidates must have previous clerical experience and the ability to work with members of the public.
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
The administrators role will pay £6.50 per hour.
Hours Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm
