PULSE Staffing are seeking an experienced Mental Health OT to work for a Europe's leading independent Acute Mental Healthcare Group. The hospital is based in the West Midlands.

Hours: 37.5
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience

My Client are currently looking for an experienced state registered Occupational Therapist for their rapidly expanding and developing mental health programme for adolescents aged 12 to 18 years old at their 4 bed inpatient and day patient unit in West Midlands.

The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate the skills to effectively manage multiple and complex client needs and to develop and deliver a comprehensive OT programme, as well as being adaptable and flexible in their approach. You will join a dedicated, established and well-integrated multi-disciplinary team; to provide an occupational therapy service as well as coordinate and conduct individual and group therapy programmes and being involved in multi disciplinary team tasks.
