Receptionist up to 14k
Our client is currently looking for a receptionist to join their front of house team. Reception is an integral part of the business and the first point of contact for the customers and guests.

Key responsibilities include:
· Handling all aspects of room reservations
· Guests Check in & Out
· Basic accounting i.e. balancing shifts
· Using simple sales techniques on the phone and face to face
· General administration
· Deliver high quality customer service
Our client is a beautifully presented Country House Hotel offering a 3 star service to it’s valued guests. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative as you will be dealing with various issues and areas of guest service and you must have the ability to make guests feel extra special on arrival and throughout their stay.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is well presented, has a great, friendly personality and can provide excellent customer service. Previous experience is preferred but training will be given on the hotel booking system.
