Hello!

I'm a 27 year old female living in the Birmingham city center. I moved here a year ago because of a boy, and while I still really like spending time with him, it might be nice to see a new face for a change!

Ideally you would be a man who likes other men (one straight man in my life is all this girl needs, thankyouverymuch) or a female.

I'm American, specifically Texan....but this does not mean that I (a) voted for George W. or (b) know how to ride a horse © shoot a gun or (d) perform all of the above activities simultaneously whilst wearing a cowboy hat. Activities I do enjoy include shopping as I love clothes (I would say vintage, but that's too posh to describe my clothing, it's mostly just old crap), things that are sparkly (I'm a little bit of a magpie), things that are cheap, and so-called 'cultural' events (i.e. museums, art, theater). I am kind of a major nerd, not in the "oh-look-at-me-I'm-so-cute-in-my-fake-glasses" way, but a "periodic-table-of-elements-hanging-in-the-living-room" sort of way.

While I have embraced some aspects of English culture (Peep Show anybody?), other elements I do not fully understand (e.g. the ubiquity of the pub, as it amounts to standing around whilst drinking...to me alcohol-based events should involve dancing, ideally with gay men at gay clubs.)
