Location: Birmingham
Duties will include taking minutes at meetings, collection of reports, dealing with written correspondence and be a main point of contact for telephone based enquires. You will also be responsible for ensuring the filing system is accurate, dealing with inbound and out bound post and general secretarial based tasks.
You will need to have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, previous experience of taking minutes and a good copy typing speed. You will also need to be well organised and able to prioritise your own work load.
