i recently moved into my 1st property, which is council rented, on 17/8/09.
i have had numerous problems there already, with outstanding repairs that they dont seem to care about when i report them, and workmen havent turned up to appointments etc. it is also too loud, not just the traffic but the neighbours also. i have a baby due on 29th december and i really dont want to go back there with a newborn baby, because of the problems i have at the moment.

so there is a genuine reason for move. i am currently receiving housing benefit.

i need a 2bed property which must accept DSS/housing benefit. deposit as low as possible as i dont have any money and may not be able to afford it, unless we can come to some sort of arrangement or payment plan.most areas considered but not city centre or erdington etc.
