I have a 3 bed terraced house in Small Heath. My house consists of 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 good size reception room, a decent size kitchen and a bathroom (toilet/shower) downstairs. I have plenty of storage both upstairs and downstairs. The house has fully fitted blinds throughout, and fully laminated, with modern decorating. I have a big front and back garden, with a drive and garage aswel. Im looking for a 3 bedroom house, in the following areas, Stechford, Sutton Coldfield, Kings Heath, Acocks Green, Yardley, Handsworth and surrounding areas. But All areas considered. Please no Flats/Mationettes.
